For non-quality related issues, customers can request a return within 180 days after receiving the product.
- We only charge the shipping fee.
- Matace will provide a return label, and customers will pay for the return shipping themselves.
- The exchange process involves returning the product first and then placing a new order separately, you can also choose to do both at the same time.
