Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping for all online orders. However, please be aware that free shipping does not apply to international orders, and shipping rates may vary based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. For online orders, we currently offer FREE shipping only to the lower 48 states in the US. Please note that we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses. For international orders, please contact us via email to explore alternative purchase options with Matace. Be aware that free shipping is not available for international orders and shipping rates may vary depending on your region.
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 2 business days and arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location in the U.S. For pre-orders or backorders, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page. Payments & Safety

Can I make payments offline?
Yes, we accept payments through channels other than our website, such as PayPal and Payoneer transfers. However, these types of non-online purchases require you to email our Customer Service Department for assistance at service@mataceinc.com.
Are there any additional fees for online payments?
Generally, there are no extra fees beyond the cost of the items you purchase. However, a few customers have reported additional transaction charges. If you encounter such a situation, please provide us with proof of these extra fees, and we will reimburse all additional transaction charges.
Do you offer installment payment options?
We currently do not have a partnership with Affirm for installment payments. For the time being, you may place orders through our Amazon store and utilize Amazon's installment payment feature.
Is my payment information safe with you?
All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This council is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, ensuring the safety of your payment data.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Do you offer a warranty for your products? Does it really cover the lifetime of the product?
All of our products undergo quality control checks. Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for removable carpet tiles and a one-year warranty for other products, starting from the purchase date. We replace all defective products rather than repair them. How long after completing a purchase can I request a refund?
For products eligible under our 180-day trial policy, we accept returns or exchanges within 180 calendar days of receiving the product. For products not covered by the 180-day free trial policy, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. We aim to respond to your request within 2 business days.
How much can I get refunded?
