Shipping Policy & Rates

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Standard ground shipping services are used by default for orders within the 48 continental United States, with no shipping charge applied under normal purchasing conditions. For other regions, offline orders are accepted, with shipping costs confirmed separately. Shipping fees for non-standard purchase orders are executed according to the terms specified below. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APOs.

SHIPPING TIME

Most of our products are shipped from Amazon's FBA warehouses. We aim to ship within one business day of receiving your order, but the specific time for obtaining the tracking number depends on Amazon's FBA warehouse dispatch processing time, typically no more than two business days. Any delivery dates provided by Matace are estimated. While we strive to respond to shipping within the agreed timeframe, the actual dispatch time depends on the carrier. However, Matace will make every effort to protect the buyer's interests.

SHIPPING CHANGES

Before Dispatch:

Order Cancellation: If you cancel an order that hasn't entered the shipping process, no fees or cancellation charges will be applied.

Address Change: Free of charge.

Exchange: Free of charge.

After Dispatch:

Order Cancellation: If your order has been dispatched, you may refuse the package or return it unopened to our warehouse upon receipt. We will only charge the shipping fee that the carrier charges us, and we will provide you with a receipt of this charge. Whether the package is opened and meets the resale standards depends on the processing results after Amazon's warehouse receives the return. Amazon's warehouse typically takes a week to complete a status check of the returned goods.

Address Change: If you successfully change the delivery address, we will charge the address modification fee that the carrier charges us, and we will provide you with a receipt of this fee. If you fail to change the address, you may follow the order cancellation process mentioned above and reorder.

Replacements: If an exchange is caused by the buyer's subjective reasons, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the shipping loss according to the cancellation and reorder standard. If the exchange is due to Matace's error, such as sending the wrong item or product quality issues, Matace will bear the exchange shipping cost.

Matace does not provide any additional compensation for losses caused by shipping or transportation delays.
