All Matace Removable Carpet Tiles are covered under our manufacturer's lifetime warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

  • In the first year of ownership, we will replace your Matace product with a new one of equal or greater value at no cost to you.
  • From the second year onwards, Matace will replace your product with a new one of equal or greater value, charging you only for transportation costs.

For non-quality related issues, customers can request a return within 180 days after receiving the product.

  • We only charge the shipping fee.
  • Matace will provide a return label, and customers will pay for the return shipping themselves.
  • The exchange process involves returning the product first and then placing a new order separately, you can also choose to do both at the same time.

Products will be shipped from the Amazon FBA warehouse and delivery will be handled by Amazon's partner carriers, such as UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics.

  • We will process the shipment within 24 hours, and generally, the tracking number will be obtained within 3 business days.

We regret to inform you that we've discontinued our edge and corner pieces. However, the soft edges of the carpet tiles themselves provide a smooth and seamless appearance, so you shouldn't need extra pieces.

Another great sample

I ordered both the plank and square tile samples and they were both helpful in giving a good idea of the versatility and functionality of this product. The plank samples worked great as a soft and no slip mat in a heavily used closet doorway over laminate flooring. These did not slide at all even with the closet door sliding over them and were easy to vacuum without them moving. Nice and plush with cushion that works for our upstairs living space. Helped aid in choosing colors that ultimately led to the purchase of full size plank tiles for our bedroom and closet entry areas.
